Shipping Information
Dabbsson.com only supports shipping to both the United States and Canada.
US Shipping Service
- Free shipping on all orders from Dabbsson’s US local warehouses (CA & NJ).

We do not ship to the following locations:
Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. -
For Hawaii, a $800 shipping fee applies due to additional ocean shipping costs.
CA Shipping Service
Free shipping from our Canada local warehouse!

Other Products: For items not listed above, Canadian customers may use a logistics transfer service based on their needs.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 2-5 business days via FedEx or UPS.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Tracking details will be active within 24 hours.
- Contact FedEx (1-800-463-3339) or UPS (1-888-742-5877) for further tracking details.
- During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Zone
We currently do not ship outside the US and CA. European users can directly purchase from our EU website and DE website.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Damages & Lost Packages
Dabbsson.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist you in contacting the responsible shipping carrier. Please retain all packaging and damaged items, as they may be required for filing a claim.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 20 days at support@dabbsson.com.
