Dabbsson offers a 30-day return window for undamaged products. Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Applies only to U.S. orders.
- Excludes Corporate Purchase orders, which are non-refundable.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Customers must contact Dabbsson Customer Service at support@dabbsson.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. Returns without an RMA confirmation will not be processed.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse.
Important: Products that show signs of use, tampering, or damage (not caused by shipping) will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Process
- Request Approval: Contact support@dabbsson.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Receive Return Instructions: we will send a prepaid shipping label within 3 business days once approval (for qualified returns).
- Ship the Product Back: Use the provided label and follow the instructions carefully.
- Inspection & Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days. If you do not receive your refund within 14 business days, please contact support@dabbsson.com.
Notice: Do NOT return items without an RMA confirmation. Unapproved returns may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund.
Non-refundable & Non-returnable Items
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification not caused by shipping.
- Products returned without prior approval from Dabbsson Customer Service.
- Items that have expired beyond the 30-day return window (even if unused).
Return Shipping Costs
- Quality Issues: Dabbsson covers the shipping cost and provides a one-time free replacement if necessary.
- Non-defective Returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect order): The customer is responsible for the shipping cost and transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal, 3.3% for Klarna users), determined by the carrier.
- Order Cancellations (after 24 hours but within 30 days): The customer will be charged the shipping fee and transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal, 3.3% for Klarna users).
- Unauthorized Modifications or Misuse: Products with third-party modifications, improper use, or non-approved parts are not eligible for return or refund.
Fraudulent Returns
Dabbsson reserves the right to deny refunds or take legal action against customers who provide false information or engage in fraudulent return practices.
Corporate Purchase Orders
Corporate Purchase orders are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Specific terms and conditions will be outlined in the corporate purchase agreement.
