What should you do when you encounter an error code? (If the problem is not resolved, please contact support@dabbsson.com.)
Error Code Cause Solution
E00 PD malfunction
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, power it on using the AC charging cable and try restarting the main unit.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E01 PD communication error
E02 PD communication error
E03 Ambient temperature is abnormal
E04 USB output error
  • • Disconnect all USB load connections, turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • •Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E05 USB voltage error
E06 DC 12V output error
  • • Disconnect all 12V load connections, turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E07 DC 12V voltage error
E08 DC 24V output error
  • • Disconnect all 24V load connections, turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E09 DC 24V voltage error
E0A Fan error
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), check if the front and rear air vents are blocked, remove any obstructions, turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E20 Pack error
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Disconnect all power connections and power the device using only the battery pack.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E21 PACK high temperature
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 30 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
E22 PACK low temperature
  • • It is recommended to use above 0°C; charging environment temperature range is 0°C to 45°C, and discharging environment temperature range is -10°C to 45°C.
E40 Inverter error
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E41 Inverter temperature too high
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), let the device sit for 30 minutes, then power it on using only the AC charging cable and restart the main unit to try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E42 Inverter DC side overvoltage
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E43 Inverter DC side undervoltage
E44 Inverter DC side overcurrent
E45 Utility power voltage anomaly
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), turn off the device, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, restart the main unit and try again.

E60 Solar MPPT error
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), let the unit sit for 5 minutes, then power it on using only solar power or the car charging socket (XT60). Check if the input voltage from the solar panel is within the standard range (12V~60V).
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
E61 Solar input overvoltage

  • •Turn off the device, let it sit for 5 minutes, then restart the main unit and try again.
E63 Solar controller board high temperature
  • • Disconnect all power connections (including the battery pack), move the main unit to a dry location. After 30 minutes, power it on using only solar power or the car charging socket (XT60).
  • • Check for any firmware updates and ensure it is upgraded to the latest version.
