What is the DabCredits Rewards Program?
The DabCredits Rewards Program is our way of rewarding you, our valued customer. By making purchases or completing specific tasks, you can earn DabCredits. And these DabCredits unlock member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards.
How do I join the DabCredits Rewards Program?
- You need to register a Dabbsson account to become one of Dabbsson's members.
- If you don't have one, register now. Here is the step-by-step guide if you don't know how to do it.
- If you already have an account on dabbsson.com, you can activate or login to your existing account.
- You cannot earn DabCredits if you're not registered.
- Our rewards program is free and you can start earning DabCredits right away.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. You can join our DabCredits for free.
If I have many accounts, can I merge them into one?
No, accounts registered with different email addresses will each have a unique Dabbsson Membership ID, and they cannot be merged.
How can I check my account details?
Simply log in on this page to view your membership information.
How do I earn points?
As a Dabbsson member, you can earn DabCredits by completing designated tasks on this page.
Can I still earn DabCredits for transactions made before the DabCredits Rewards Program launched?
Yes. DabCredits for orders placed within 90 days before the official launch of our DabCredits Rewards Program will be automatically added to your account, provided you were logged in to your Dabbsson account at the time of purchase. These DabCredits will expire one year later. However, purchases made before you became an DabCredits member are not eligible for credit.
When will the points be credited to my account?
Points are credited to your account based on two types of issuance:
Fast Issuance: After completing specified tasks on the official website, such as registration, subscription or share on facebook etc., the DabCredits will be credited to your account within 24 hours.
Delayed Issuance: For purchases on dabbsson.com, DabCredits will be pending until your order has shipped. These DabCredits will become active as ‘points balance’ 30 days later (the date of issuance is based on the dispatch date of the first product if your order includes multiple items). The number of DabCredits you receive is based on the actual total payment of your qualifying order.
What should I do if I believe DabCredits were not properly credited to my account?
If you have any questions about your membership account, please contact our Customer Service team at support@dabbsson.com.
Can my DabCredits expire?
Yes, DabCredits will expire one year later. Expired DabCredits will be deducted from your account. In order to protect your rights and interests, please check and redeem your available DabCredits in time.
Can tax or shipping fees be rewarded?
No.Calculation of DabCredits excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges and all taxes, including without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes or use taxes.
Can a discount or gift card be credited for DabCredits?
DabCredits will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service.
What happens to my DabCredits if I return a product or an order is cancelled?
Any product that is returned or any order that is canceled will reverse or decrease the DabCredits you received from that purchase.DabCredits would be deducted for partial refunds caused by price adjustments.
What rewards can I redeem with my DabCredits?
You can use your DabCredits to redeem rewards such as coupons, gift cards and products etc. Points are not refundable once they have been redeemed. Please make sure you want to redeem before processing.
Do I need to pay shipping fees for redeemed products?
For the most part, we offer free shipping for redeemed products. You may need to pay shipping fees for specific products.
Can I cancel, return or exchange redeemed products?
No. Please double-check before you confirm the redemption. If products arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at support@dabbsson.com within 7 days.
Can redeemed products be shipped with products I purchased from Dabbsson?
No. Redeemed products will be shipped seperately.
How can I track my redeemed products?
1. Check the order number of your redeemed products in the "My Rewards" section. Click the order number to go to "My Account" page and track your parcel delivery satus.
2. Please head to https://www.dabbsson.com/apps/track123 and enter your order number or tracking number for more info.
Can I choose the shipping date of redeemed products?
No. The reward will be shipped out once you confirm the redemption.
Where can I check my redemption code?
After redemption, you can check the redemption code in your registered email.
Please note: Please do not forget to subscribe to our email after registering an account, otherwise you will not receive the redemption notification email.
If I only subscribe to the newsletter but have not registered an account, can I redeem points?
No, you can't. You must first register for an account on our website, then the DabCredits will be in your account.
