Dabbsson Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of and participation in the Dabbsson Rewards Program, also known as "DabCredits." You can earn DabCredits by making qualifying purchases online and completing certain activities at dabbsson.com ("the Dabbsson Store"). Please note that purchases made at physical retail stores or through third-party platforms—like eBay, Amazon, etc.—don’t currently qualify for DabCredits.

1. Free Membership

Joining the DabCredits program is free, and you don’t need to make a purchase to sign up. To become a member,just create an account at the Dabbsson Store. For details on how we use your information, check out our privacypolicy. This program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility

To join the DabCredits program, you need to create an account and agree to the terms below.

You must be at least 13 years old, have internet access, and a valid mailing address to be eligible.

If you’re between 13 and 18, make sure you have your parents’ permission to use the services. You also agree to keep your account info, like your username and password, confidential and to keep your information accurate, complete, and up to date. You’re responsible for all activity on your account. If you’re using the site on behalf of a company, organization, or another entity, you need to be authorized to bind that entity to these terms. Each person can only have one account—if we find out you have more than one, your DabCredits will be revoked, and your accounts will be deactivated.

3. Register Your Account

To get started, just create an account on the official Dabbsson website. You can go directly to the registration page by clicking here. You’ll need to enter your email address and password. Once you submit your info, your account will be set up, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the DabCredits program.

4. Access/Update Your Account

It’s important to keep your personal information up to date. To do that, log in to your Dabbsson account, go to your account settings, and update your profile.

Cancel Your Membership

You may cancel your membership account at any time by by emailing to support@dabbsson.com with the words "cancel membership" in the subject line. Such notification shall be effective when sent from the email address associated with your account. If you no longer have access to your account, please contact customer service for assistance. Upon cancellation, you shall forfeit any unused DabCredits accrued in your account and shall not be entitled to any refund or redemption.

1. General Guidelines

You can earn DabCredits when you buy qualifying products from the Dabbsson Store. Just make sure you’re signed in to your account when you make a purchase to earn those credits.

2. Earning Rate

For every $1.00 you spend on a qualifying purchase at the Dabbsson Store, you’ll earn 1 DabCredit. The credits are based on the order’s subtotal, after any discounts or credits are applied, and are rounded to the nearest whole number.

3. Adding DabCredits

DabCredits are added to your account when you complete certain activities.

Credits from things like social sharing usually show up right away, while credits from purchases might take a bit longer and will initially show as “on the way” or “pending.”

Here’s how you can earn DabCredits:

• Register your account: You’ll get credits the first time you register. This reward is a one-time deal.
• Complete your profile: Fill out your profile, add a picture, and include your address to earn credits. Only your first complete setup is eligible; updates or corrections won’t earn additional credits.
• Purchase qualifying products: Earn credits with each qualifying purchase.
• Subscribe to our newsletter: Stay in the loop and earn credits by subscribing.
• Submit a product review: Share your thoughts on a product and earn DabCredits.
• Follow Dabbsson on social media: Follow our official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or X.com to earn credits.

4. Exclusions

DabCredits don’t apply to taxes, shipping, discounts, or other credits. Purchases of gift cards, voucher redemptions, and price-adjusted items (including returns) don’t count as DabCredit-eligible purchases.

Also, if you don’t log into your account or shop somewhere other than the Dabbsson Store, you won’t earn DabCredits.

5. Returns and Cancellations

If you return, cancel, or get a refund for a purchase, the DabCredits you earned from that transaction will be subtracted from your account balance. Once DabCredits are deducted, they won’t be reapplied.

6. Bonus Promotions

From time to time, Dabbsson may offer bonus DabCredit promotions, where you can earn extra credits on certain products or during specific periods. These promotions are subject to the terms of the offer and may change at Dabbsson Store’s discretion.

7. Limitations

Both DabCredits and bonus credits have limitations. For example, if you receive a product for free as part of a promotion, you won’t earn DabCredits based on its retail value.

You can use your DabCredits to get discounts on products at the Dabbsson Store. They can only be used online and must be applied according to the amounts specified in these Terms and Conditions.

2. How to Redeem

Rewards: DabCredits can be redeemed for rewards like discount codes, gift cards, and products. Some rewards may have expiration dates and are only valid for a limited time.

Vouchers: When you redeem your DabCredits, it’s like getting a one-time voucher that you can use to buy goods at the Dabbsson Store. These vouchers might have specific terms, like a minimum purchase requirement or an expiration date.

Products/Free Gifts: Use your DabCredits to buy products or claim free gifts. Some products might require shipping fees, and those rewards will be shipped separately with a different order ID.

Gift Cards: Dabbsson gift cards can only be used for shopping at the Dabbsson Store.

3. Exclusions

You’re limited to one account per person, and reward codes can’t be combined with other discounts. DabCredits can’t be transferred, applied to previous purchases, or exchanged for cash, except at the Dabbsson Store.

4. Expiration

DabCredits expire 365 days after they’re added to your account, but some may expire sooner at Dabbsson’s discretion.

5. Finality of Rewards

Once you redeem your DabCredits, the reward can’t be canceled, returned, or exchanged, and the credits won’t be reapplied to your account.

By enrolling in the DabCredits Rewards Program, you agree to these Terms and any future changes. Dabbsson may modify or terminate the program at any time, without notice. This could include changes to how points are earned, expiration policies, or other aspects of the program. You’re responsible for staying informed about any changes and keeping track of your DabCredits balance. Dabbsson’s internal records regarding your account balance are considered accurate. The sale or transfer of DabCredits is strictly prohibited and could result in forfeiture.

Dabbsson monitors all transactions involving DabCredits, and any misuse or violation of the program’s rules may result in your membership being canceled.
